Plans, billing & spending limits

• • You are responsible for charges incurred by AI usage up to your plan limits.
• • Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle.

Acceptable use

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On termination, your account and associated data may be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
